What is Ultra Clear Glass?
Low-iron glass, commonly referred to as ultra clear glass, is a kind of glass with a low iron concentration that exhibits exceptional levels of clarity and transparency. Due to the inclusion of iron oxide in the glass composition, traditional glass generally has a greenish tinge. The perceived color of objects seen through the glass may be affected by this green tint.
Ultra clear glass reduces the green tint and improves the natural color and clarity of items viewed through it by lowering the iron level in the glass. This makes it the perfect option for uses like interior design projects, display panels, protection panels, etc. where color accuracy and clarity are crucial.
Product Feature
High-quality raw materials with little iron are used to make ultra clear glass, and sophisticated production techniques are used to reduce impurities. In contrast to conventional glass, which normally has a light transmission rate of about 83%, the final product has a high light transmission rate, ranging from 91% to 95%.

Should glass be tempered and what's the difference between Chemical strengthened and Physical tempered?
-To small size/thickness less than 3mm,we recommend chemical strengthened.(surface toughen by 6-7H).
-To bigger size/thickness above 3mm, we recommend physical tempered, which is higher cost-effective.
-Base on thermal tempered, the fragmentation test standard / particular sizes & quantity could be set base on different thickness.
-The glass flatness could be control and asked.

Q: Should glass be tempered and what's the difference between Chemical tempered and Physical tempered?
To small size/thickness less than 3.2mm,we recommend chemical tempered.(surface toughen by 6-7H).
To bigger size/thickness above 3.2mm, we recommend physical tempered.
Base on thermal tempered, the fragmentation test standard / partical sizes & quantity could be set base on different thickness.
The glass flatness could be asked after tempering.
Q: What kind of glass will be used?
LightingWe usually use clear / ultra clear float glass for production, depends on customer's need.
Cover glassWe usually use AGC(Dragontail) for production, but also available in gorilla/NEG etc. base on customer's need
Furniture glass We usually use high quality flat/bending glass
