What is AG Tempered Glass?
Glass can be treated with anti-glare coating to guarantee that interior ambient lighting or strong external light sources do not impair the visibility or legibility of framed artwork or documents.
The users may concentrate on the display image rather than the reflected images, thanks to anti-glare glass, which disperses incident light reflected images. Anti-glare etched glass does not become excessively reflective as a result of oily fingerprints, in contrast to anti-reflection (AR) coated or untreated surfaces.
Glass with AG Coating can be Physical Tempered or Chemical Strengthened. By tempered procedure, glass hardness and scratch resistance will improve greatly.

Product Feature
The reflective surface of the original glass is transformed to a diffused surface by chemical etching or spraying. This alters the roughness of the glass's surface and creates a matte impression. When outside light is reflected, it creates a diffuse reflection, which lessens light reflection and achieves the goal of eliminating glare, enhancing the viewer's sensory perception.
Application
Usage scenarios include outdoor electronic devises and display application under bright lighting. A few examples include billboards, ATMs, POS cash registers, medical B-displays, e-book readers, and ticket vending devices for public transportation.

Q: Should glass be tempered and what's the difference between Chemical tempered and Physical tempered?
To small size/thickness less than 3.2mm,we recommend chemical tempered.(surface toughen by 6-7H).
To bigger size/thickness above 3.2mm, we recommend physical tempered.
Base on thermal tempered, the fragmentation test standard / partical sizes & quantity could be set base on different thickness.
The glass flatness could be asked after tempering.
Q: What kind of glass will be used?
LightingWe usually use clear / ultra clear float glass for production, depends on customer's need.
Cover glassWe usually use AGC(Dragontail) for production, but also available in gorilla/NEG etc. base on customer's need
Furniture glass We usually use high quality flat/bending glass

Any order quantity is welcome. But some type of products are high cost that not suitable for small order.
