What is Ultra Clear Glass?
Ultra Clear glass, commonly referred to as Low iron glass, is a type of low iron glass that is extremely transparent. With a light transmittance of more than 91.5% and being utterly clear, it is a new form of high-grade glass that is both high-quality and multifunctional. It is referred to as the "Crystal Prince" of the glass family because of its high and exquisite qualities. Low iron glass offers exceptional physical, mechanical, and optical qualities, is fully machinable, and can undergo a variety of deep processing techniques just like other high-quality float glass.
Product Feature
Common transparent glass has a faint green tint, but thick glass panels—15 mm and 19 mm—have a more noticeable green tint that is brought on by the iron concentration of the raw materials. Low iron glass has less absorption of the green band of visible light than regular glass because the iron level in the raw material is just 1/10 or even lower than that of clear glass, ensuring the glass's purity and light colour.
What is AR Glass?
Glass that has been optically coated has less reflectance and more transmission. The greatest setting can raise its reflectance to under 1% and transmittance to above 99%. The details of the display presented more clearly by increasing the glass's transmittance, giving the spectator a clearer and more enjoyable sensory experience.
To prevent or lessen surface reflection, anti-reflection coatings are single or multilayer dielectric layers that are applied to a glass or polymer substrate. Should glass be tempered and what's the difference between Chemical strengthened and Physical tempered?
-To small size/thickness less than 3mm,we recommend chemical strengthened.(surface toughen by 6-7H).
-To bigger size/thickness above 3mm, we recommend physical tempered, which is higher cost-effective.
-Base on thermal tempered, the fragmentation test standard / particular sizes & quantity could be set base on different thickness.
-The glass flatness could be control and asked.

Q: Should glass be tempered and what's the difference between Chemical tempered and Physical tempered?
