What is Anti-Reflective Glass?
Anti-reflective glass, also known as AR glass or non-glare glass, is a type of glass that has been specially coated to minimize reflections and glare. It is designed to reduce the amount of light that is reflected off its surface, allowing more light to pass through and improving visibility and clarity.
The coating applied to the surface of anti-reflective glass helps to reduce both internal and external reflections. It works by altering the refractive index of the glass, which helps to cancel out the reflection of light waves that occur when they pass from one medium (air) to another (glass). This interference effect reduces the amount of light that is bounced back and increases the amount of light that is transmitted through the glass.

Based on the idea of a lotus leaf, AF coating coats the glass' surface with a thin layer of nano-chemical substances to give it powerful hydrophobic, anti-oil, and anti-fingerprint capabilities. The surface is more comfy and smoother. Therefore it’s much easier to wipe off dirt, fingerprints, oil stains, etc on the glass surface. |

Q: Should glass be tempered and what's the difference between Chemical tempered and Physical tempered?
To small size/thickness less than 3.2mm,we recommend chemical tempered.(surface toughen by 6-7H).
To bigger size/thickness above 3.2mm, we recommend physical tempered.
Base on thermal tempered, the fragmentation test standard / partical sizes & quantity could be set base on different thickness.
The glass flatness could be asked after tempering.
Q: What kind of glass will be used?
LightingWe usually use clear / ultra clear float glass for production, depends on customer's need.
Cover glassWe usually use AGC(Dragontail) for production, but also available in gorilla/NEG etc. base on customer's need
Furniture glass We usually use high quality flat/bending glass
Q. Do you accept small order?
Any order quantity is welcome. But some type of products are high cost that not suitable for small order.
