What is solar glass?
Solar glass or solar control glass is intended to minimize the amount of heat that enters the structure. This glass reduces glare by reflecting and absorbing solar radiation. Compared to regular glass, or float glass, solar glass only permits a limited amount of heat to pass. You can keep the inside of your house cooler and let plenty of natural light into your room by switching from ordinary glass to solar glass, which can transform solar energy into electrical energy.
What kind of glass should be used on Solar Panel?
In order to generate more sunlight and improve conversion efficiency, and also protect the solar cells from environment implication, we must use glass with high transmittance and high harness. Ultra-Low-Iron Solar Float Glass will be the best solution. Normal thickness range is 0.5-3.2mm, we can provide the most suitable solution for our clients.
Applications
1. Building-integrated photovoltaics (BIPV): Using solar glass as a construction material, such as in windows, skylights, or facades
2. Solar panels: Solar panels, which are frequently used to produce electricity for household and commercial uses, can also include solar glass as a component.
3. Portable devices: Little solar glass panels can be incorporated into portable gadgets, like cell phones or handheld electronics, to offer a renewable energy source.

Q: Should glass be tempered and what's the difference between Chemical tempered and Physical tempered?
To small size/thickness less than 3.2mm,we recommend chemical tempered.(surface toughen by 6-7H).
To bigger size/thickness above 3.2mm, we recommend physical tempered.
Base on thermal tempered, the fragmentation test standard / partical sizes & quantity could be set base on different thickness.
The glass flatness could be asked after tempering.
Q: What kind of glass will be used?
LightingWe usually use clear / ultra clear float glass for production, depends on customer's need.
Cover glassWe usually use AGC(Dragontail) for production, but also available in gorilla/NEG etc. base on customer's need
Furniture glass We usually use high quality flat/bending glass
Q. Do you accept small order?
Any order quantity is welcome. But some type of products are high cost that not suitable for small order.
