What is solar glass?
A special coated glass called solar glass or solar control glass is intended to minimize the amount of heat that enters the building. This glass reduces glare by reflecting and absorbing solar radiation. Compared to ordinary glass, such as float glass, solar glass only permits a minimal amount of heat to flow.
In order to meet any application, KONSHEN’s line of solar control glass solutions combines solar control, light transmission, and low solar heat gain capabilities with a variety of hues and looks. This makes it possible to construct and design with light for a wide range of projects, with various finishes and levels of performance. Large glazed surfaces, conservatories, windows, skylights, and roofs are frequently designed with solar control.
Should glass be tempered and what's the difference between Chemical strengthened and Physical tempered?
-To small size/thickness less than 3mm,we recommend chemical strengthened.(surface toughen by 6-7H).
-To bigger size/thickness above 3mm, we recommend physical tempered, which is higher cost-effective.
-Base on thermal tempered, the fragmentation test standard / particular sizes & quantity could be set base on different thickness.
-The glass flatness could be control and asked.

Q: Should glass be tempered and what's the difference between Chemical tempered and Physical tempered?

Any order quantity is welcome. But some type of products are high cost that not suitable for small order.
